A joint venture at JSC UzKoje held a seminar on the introduction of modern management models “Business Management Systems”
General director of JSC “UzKoje” B. K. Abdurahmonov with the manager of “Uzbek-Holding” company Dadakhanov Saydazim Mansurovich, held a training workshop on introduction of modern management model of “Business Management System” with participation of all departments, divisions, responsible persons and production managers.
The following recommendations were provided within the training seminar:
To ensure the company’s compliance with the adopted development concept of JSC Uzavtosanoat and its enterprises, it is necessary to perform the following tasks:
- Clearly define the current state of the company:
- To identify risks and opportunities significantly affecting the implementation of the “development concept”.
- To identify goals and objectives to achieve the advanced “development concept”.
- Develop a business management system as the main tool for achieving the “development concept”.

Business process assessment and analysis
Business process value stream
Budgeting of business processes and staff motivation
KPI implementation and creation of a DBMS
Monitoring, evaluation and analysis of BMS
Stages of development and implementation of a business management system:
- Identification and evaluation of business processes
- To determine the value stream for the business process
- Model of business process execution of an application for recruitment
- Business process modeling, definition of the value stream parameters for a business process
- Ensuring budgeting of business processes, creation of personnel motivation systems
- The algorithm for creating a stream of business process values
- Installing KPI for business processes and company personnel. Creation of information system DBM.
- Payment, monitoring, evaluation and analysis of BMS.
